Overview
Realizing they were losing customers, the Phobia team concluded that they needed to address the flaws in their business idea.
Previously, users were asked directly what their phobias were, but we realized that this upset or frightened some users.
To address this, we ask a user a series of questions and, through these questions, attempt to understand their phobias. After extensive research, we've optimized the questions we ask and are now able to understand the user's phobias with a very small margin of error.
The next step is to ask users to share a few past memories, process their responses with AI, and learn their phobias with greater precision. Studies have shown that phobias are linked to memories, so we're very hopeful that this plan will work.
