We work closely with our customers to understand their needs and goals and take the first steps together.
As our review process begins, we get to know our client and the project they have in mind better—in other words, we explore it. During this process, we answer all our client's questions and work meticulously to ensure no detail is overlooked.
Once the review is complete, we report back with a comprehensive plan and a budget.

Build
Based on the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap for each product and begin working toward delivery. A roadmap is a guide designed to complete the project as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We maintain constant communication with clients to keep communication channels open and keep them informed of project progress. Client requests which are quite reasonable, are easily integrated into our agile processes.
We respond to customer emails within a few hours of the initial email, even outside of business hours. This is one of the rules we strictly follow to ensure customer satisfaction.
Studio were so regular with their progress updates we almost began to think they were automated!
Deliver
We allow requirements to change at any time during the build phase. This is a benefit of our agile software development methodology. This allows us to complete the project on time and budget without excessive strain, while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.
Even if pre-built components are used, each project is carefully designed and coded with the client's specific needs in mind. During this process, the client is kept frequently updated on progress . The development time allocated to each client is used exclusively for that client.
We ensure that all pages on the site are fully functional at launch — this is achieved through testing, a steadfast part of our work culture, which we implement at every stage. In the unlikely event that an issue arises, we resolve it free of charge after delivery.

- Support. We provide free support for one year after delivery of your product, and affordable support thereafter.
